These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Guatemala and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

A guest is defined as any person registered under an active reservation. By making a reservation, the guest agrees to the following:

• Room capacity: Rooms allow a maximum of 4 people — no more than 3 adults and 1 child. We do not allow 4 adults per room. See our FAQ section for full details.

• Mandatory ID: All adults (18+) must present a valid passport, Guatemalan DPI, or Central American ID at check-in. No photocopies or driver’s licenses are accepted.

• Registered guests only: Room access is strictly limited to registered guests. Visitors and in-room meetings are not allowed.

• Credit card guarantee: A valid credit card must be provided upon arrival for incidental charges or damages. Cash deposits may be accepted based on the length of stay.

• No weapons allowed: Firearms or other weapons are strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.

• Smoke-free property: In compliance with Guatemala’s Law 74-2008, all rooms, hallways, restaurants, and common areas are 100% smoke- and vape-free zones. A USD $300 penalty applies per incident. Local authorities may also be notified.

• Restful environment: Rooms are designated as rest areas. Gatherings, parties, or excessive noise are not permitted. The hotel reserves the right to remove guests disturbing others or breaking house rules and may apply fines or additional charges.

• Acceptance of terms: By completing your reservation, you accept all policies and authorize the hotel to charge your credit card for any damages or harm caused to property or third parties.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Rates may vary depending on the date. 

• Early Departure: If you wish to shorten your stay once checked in, please notify us at least one day prior to the new departure date. Otherwise, the full rate for that night will be charged
