Currently we work our transfer service through a third party. This service has a supplementary cost and must be coordinated in advance.

We are located at Calzada Roosevelt 22-43 zone 11, Guatemala.

We have 3 parking basements with a capacity of up to 1,500 vehicles. The parking fee is Q15 for up to 3 hours. The additional hour or fraction has a value of Q10. Payment is made in validating machines in the basement.

The hotel offers 1 complementary parking per room.

• Hibiscus Restaurant: bistro and trattroria cuisine. Buffet breakfast service, lunch and dinner a la carte. Available Monday to Sunday from 6am to 10pm.
• Zed Bar: snack bar located in Natura Gym + Spa. It offers a casual kitchen for lunch, snacks and dinner, as well as a wide variety of drinks. Available Sunday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 10am to 8pm.
• Eleven Bar - Latin-influenced nightclub with a dance floor, bar, and lounge. Special happy hour menu Monday through Saturday, live music Friday and Saturday. Open from Monday to Saturday from 5pm to 12am.
• Macadamia Café: cafeteria located on the first level of the Shopping Center. It offers a variety of sandwiches, salads, desserts and an artisan bakery for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Available Monday to Friday from 6am to 7pm, Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 7pm.
• Room Service: food and beverage service to the room. Available from Monday to Sunday from 6am to 11pm.
• Minimarket: convenience store with food and beverage products, as well as basic necessities. Available 24 hours.

We have extra beds that offer the same quality and comfort as our other beds. Additional cost applies.

We offer a complementary crib service on request.

Natura Gym + Spa facilities include an indoor heated pool and jacuzzi. The Wellness area has a rest zone, massage cabins, dry and steam sauna.

The gym is equipped with high-tech equipment from the Technogym© brand.

Note: our pool and jacuzzi work through a saline chlorination system for cleaning, which is friendly to the environment. Our pool is salty.
